Could you please tell me what the thickness of the liner-lock on the A100 is?

Same as on the mini A100?

Titanium, right?

Thanks!

Should be very close to the mini A-100. The liners on the newer models like that are thicker than the old ones, but do vary slightly.

Lock side liners are Ti.

There is a sort of side photo that shows the A100 lock side on my site that may help.

Thanks so much. Great blog!

Here ya go. This should give you some perspective on A-100 liner thickness.

Thanks! Great pic! And yes, it gives plenty of perspective on it.

I emailed Emerson this morning and they got back to me and told me the thickness of the liner lock on both the A100 and the Mini A100 is 0.060", and there is no cutout anywhere. That's PLENTY thick, much thicker than the cutout on the framelock knives I have, such as the Zero Tolerance 0300 which mics at 0.040", and that ZT 0300 framelock sure seems very strong.

Oh yes, the mini A100 is a very stout knife. They shortened it length wise only so everything is out of proportion making it super thivk. Almost boxy
