I want an Mini A100 so bad, but alas I am a lefty and can barely get one open without a struggle because of how hard it is to get to the disk

I don't have very many Emersons but I do have both the A100 and A100 Mini. Nice slim folders.

I found this to be an issue even right handed. I took a dowel wrapped in sandpaper and sanded down the g10 to work a bit easier.

I thought about trying that, but if it didn't work if be stuck with a knife with a messed up scale I can't use haha

I proceeded VERY slowly. It wouldn't be the hardest knife to create custom scales for if you had to/wanted to.

^^ Never hurts to try. Go for it! I own a Mini A-100 and plan on getting the standard one too. Perhaps one of the Grey Precision Monster thumbdisc to help with opening

I had no idea such a thing existed! I bet that scale mod plus a bigger disk would work... Hmm...
