the first pic is the Mean Street before I glass beaded it,, as you can see it has some scratches on the already bead blasted blade as well as patina.

anyway,,I already loved the knife like it was, with the scratches and oil darkened scales,,but i figured this little jewel deserves a little "face lift",,as you can see in the pics, the surgury was a sucess.

Bravado,,that first pic should look familiar, this is the same blade i got from ya awhile back.

Nice job - did you do the work? Can you share the process details?

Thanks for the pictures - beautiful blade!

Best regards,

John

You missed a couple spots:D Nah, awesome job. That's cool how you were able to renew your knife.

That's not a very good job on that blade!

It's a GREAT job. Really looks fantastic. You should open a Busse Restoration company!!

thats the thing i love about a bead blasted blade,,if it ever gets scratches or whatever,,,all you have to do is re-blast it and it will be like brand new:thumbup:

yeah,, I done the work myself,,,it is really simple.. all you need is a bead blasting cabinet and some medium-fine glass bead.

at one time I done alot of glass beading for people,, glass beading engine parts, Harley Davidson engine parts, etc.

there isnt anything tricky about it,,just put the part or knife in the blast cabinet and just blast away.

Wow, very nice.

There was a fatty A2MS on the sale forums recently...
