One of my favorite summer getaways is rafting in southern utah..this outfit we go with does all the work..even cook all your meals..you just kick back relax, get wet, have a cocktail if your so inclined...its great. Thought I'd throw in a few pics..

^^This is the trip that just missed the WTF delivery :(.. but if I can find my wife's pic of me using my ash..I'll add it.. we are all friends on here an I think most of us enjoy pic threads of our adventures..I love Andy the Aussie's threads..if it's irritating people I'd be happy to remove it..
 
Gorgeous!!! Always wanted to do one of those rafting trips, did you bring the WTF in case you lost the oars:D

No worries, many people enjoy these kind of threads.
 
Please don't remove it, I do enjoy seeing everyone's adventures in beautiful locations.

Beautiful Rob, may I ask where these photo's were taken-I was in Southern Utah last year and Loved it-It is not irritating at all-Cheers
 
These are the trips and environments we use our Busse knives. I dont find it off topic at all.

Beautiful landscape....im jealous!
 
sorry just a little jealous of your trip. im stuck at work with more responsibility because my dads in the hospital. hes fine tho he got half a kidney out. he should be good now. didnt mean to poke.
 
The guides even cook restaurant quality 5 course meals for you..Breakfast, Lunch, an dinner!!...its a good time!
you meet in Green River Utah (just outside MOAB Utah), then they drive you a few hours to the drop point on the Colorado river... its a blast!
we use "Holiday Expiditions"..they are a great outfit!!

Beautiful pics. I was in the region, MOAB, in 2000 with a buddy of mine and mountain biked on the Slick Rock trail..... Two unprepared Hoosier boys in 100+F, attempting a double black diamond course ... Ran out of water half way in... Could have been bad, but still remember all those beautiful rock structures

honestly..I wont go this time of year again.. it was to damn hot. when your getting splashed it aint bad.. but it was 105 at night and it was a "cozy" two person tent.. wont do that again.

I believe one of our great sheath makers lives in Utah, so as far as I'm concerned, this is knife related. Awesome :)
