Aad Van Rijswijk Mammoth & Damascus

Another one of my recent scores: Damascus & mammoth liner lock folder made by dutch knifemaker Aad Van Rijswijk.
Materials used are stainless damascus for the blade and bolsters, mammoth ivory bark, titanium liners, gold (between the mammoth & the front bolster and the bail)

Thats my favorite of the ones you've shown recently. I like the materials, shape and the workmanship looks pretty clean. Never heard of the maker yet.

Some amazing knives there. Here's 2 examples I particulary like:

The razorset I examined and handled on the BKS knifeshow in Gembloux and it's really stunningly beautiful. He will not make any more razorsets however, seems that it is too difficult and expensive to find the right amount of mammoth ivory of sufficient quality.
