I've been eyeballing the Argonne Assault LB recently, (today) and am curious about its light brigade treatment.

Does the I beam go into the finger grooves or is it like the tglb ... Only with knucks?

Anyone have a picture of one with no handle material?

I'd love one of these with no knuckles or finger grooves.

I wonder if they'd reduce the price from the shop if you ask for them to chop em off?
 
Prolly more expensive. Machinist time costs money. Just ask my employer. :DD I could do it myself no problem, but don't want to run into hollow openings where the finger grooves were...
 
Jerry did say that they would produce one with no knuckles for us poor, over regulated California folks (my words)......someday. Mike

Aside, I'd like it more without finger grooves is all. I'd rather not take the chance of it not fitting my hand.
 
I highly doubt the LB treatment extends into the knucks, so you'd be fine with doing it yourself.

Also if you want a mean, stabby, fighty Busse, check out the fusion fury (iirc) as well...

Yup, that's the model....they weren't available very long, so it doesn't surprise me that they're expensive. Pretty sweet looking though!
 
Yes. I've drooled over that one many times. If I ever handled one it'd be all over. The material of the handles looks like the softer linnen like on the SAR4LE. My fave handle material of all time.
