abalone diver survives great white attack

Doh! I didn't spot it.

Still it might be nice to discuss the survival aspects here as opposed to using the thread to bash the bloke that everyone hates in W&C.

I paddle in the ocean most days on one of these

and I've always wondered what I'd do if a big shark had a go at me. A couple of people on a ski got attacked a few years back in Perth and the thought of it gives me the heeby jeebies from time to time.

Not sure if my Pacific Salt would be much use as an eye poker but I carry it just the same.

I have a friend down there who loves to go out with his shark cage and chickens looking for "the big ones". Personally, I'll just stay here and poke butter up a wildcat's butt with a hot knife.

"Whoooooo Joohhnn! Shoot this thang!"
"Can't I might hit you Beaudreaux!"
"Whoooooo! Just shoot amongst us! One of us gotta have some relief!!"

I'd ask Justin, but he isn't with us anymore. And I don't think they make record players now, so I can't play my old albums. I'll take your word for it.;)

Good ol' Jerry Clower. I love his account of his and Marcel's first train ride, with the man selling bananas.

"Jerry?"

"Yeah?"

"You take a bite o' that there bananer yet?"

"Nope"

"Well don't. I took one bite and went plumb blind!"
