About how long does it take to get a knife back when you send it to be heat treated?

I know its going to be different with each service, but what would be average?
I've got one knife ready to send out and a few more that are close. I'm trying to decide if I would be better off to wait and send them all, or send whats ready. Theres no deadline for finishing them, but there's one I'll be wanting to use pretty soon.

I send my blades to the House of Tools. They heat treat every friday. i get them back the next week. Find out from your heat treater when they do the treatment. It should only take a couple of days to say the magic chants and prepare the cauldron for the magic potions. Then your blades shoudl be dropped in the mail right away.
 
When I send blades to Paul Bos by regular UPS, it's usually about 2-3 weeks from dropping them off at Mail Boxes Etc. to getting them delivered back to the door here at the house.

It might be longer if you're only sending one blade. For awhile now I've only been sending blades on when I have 20 to send (better deal $$$)...but by the time I have 20 blades ground, I've lost interest in finishing the first 10 of them (sometimes)... so there's something to be said for just doing 1 to a few at a time.

Shipping Priority USPS, I normally get mine back from Paul in about 10 days. Last batch only took 6 days!
 
Thanks for the replies. Sounds like the wait won't be too big of a deal. I'll try to get another blade or two ready to go.Haven't decided who to send out to yet. I'll probably go with Paul Bos but I want to check out the pricing for different sized batches from different services.
