This might sound like a stupid question but does CRK refurbish/sandblast refurbished handles? Would they be able to get out all of scuffs and scratches off of a wood inlayed sebenza/mnandi without damaging the inlays?

The refurbish handles and blades, but you should open up a dialog with them before you send it in. For the inlay Sebenza's, there are some limits because they cant remove the inlay without destroying it. Here's the answer to my question -

"The cost to refurbish the handle is $27.50 and if you want the blade polished the cost is $27.50. The only addition item is the return shipping. Please note, we are not able to provide a complete handle refurbishment on the wood/ivory inlaid Sebenza. We need to remove the inlay to make the handle perfect and that results in wood breakage so we don’t offer it. Lisa can usually polish up the wood and make it look nicer but a full restoral is not possible. Please let me know if you have any other questions."

They'll answer your questions in a day or so, so just ask. Oh, and shipping and handling is $13.
