I check New Graham's site everyday to see if this one is out yet. I belive the estimated ship time was October/November this year, but as the folks from Spyderco have said they won't release a model until they decide it's ready. Hopefully it'll be soon, I'm very interested in this model.

Not true. The SS Cricket is a frame lock as well.
