I'm a total noob when it comes to knives. But I'm about to get my first. I know I want 2, one for each pocket. It'll be for EDC, and self defense.
One will be the Endura FFG.
The other, I'm not sure which way to go. It'll be the Endura, or the Delica. I know the Delica is popular due to it's size. But is it better to have 2 of the same knives, or is going with the Delica better?

The Endura and Delica are pretty much the same knife except for overall length and blade profiles.

If I were you, I'd start with one good knife before considering a second knife for the other pocket. You will need time to find your groove with regard to knives you will end up carrying. Plus, knives tend to get ahold of you pretty strongly so your pursuit is just beginning my friend! :D

Between the Endura and Delica, I'd start with the Delica first. The overall balance of the Delica with regard to metrics is pretty good for EDC but either knife is well regarded and a lot of good knife for the money.

Welcome to Bladeforums too!

If you end up liking the endura and insist on carrying for sd, you can find a waved endura that would fill that role quite handily.

I think Reeek gave some pretty good advice. Get one (I would start with the Delica) and mess with it for awhile before you decide what to buy as your second one.

If you like the Delica or Endura as much as I think you will then you'll need to buy a Paramilitary 2 or Manix 2 eventually. I think the Manix 2 is the best bargain in hard use knives out there at the moment, and the Para 2 is my favorite Spyderco ever <--- and that's saying a LOT!

When I carry two knives, I like having two different sizes and two different blade shapes. Normally, I carry a Small Sebenza (2.94" clip-point blade) in the left pocket, and a Large Bradley Alias I (3.5" drop/spear point blade) in the right pocket. There's not much I can't do with that pair.

I guess the Spyderco translation would be Endura + Delica, or Millie + Para, with the latter being my preference.
