? about wenger patriot

I have 3 wenger patriots, well 2 I gave away as gifts, but the one I kept has an inscription on the back (see pics).

I was just wondering why it had it and not the others...it looks factory.

Nice knife. My best guess is that it's a special edition, perhaps to celebrate an anniversary of Wenger?

I bought it off eBay, it was a TSA confiscation...I can hear the cry's of pain of the previous owner :barf:

This is why I don't know why its inscribed.
