ABS Expo-San Antonio 2013

I am thrilled that I will be able to attend again this year. I plan to take a camera and take some pictures.

Are there any other Bladeforums makers or members that are going to be there? I would enjoy meeting some of you.

I'll be there on Friday for the seminars and whatnot. I hope to get the chance to meet all those who have posted here so far, plus quite a few others. Kudos to ABS for having an event in Texas!

The seminars run until 1:00. The VIP preview starts at 1:00. It doesn't leave much time for lunch.

I am sure all of the makers will be busy, but I would enjoy getting together with any attendees want to grab a quick bite to eat on Friday..

An alternate idea would be a get together at breakfast or lunch on Saturday. Post something here or PM me if you are interested in a BF meet-up.

The show is on Friday and Saturday, 1/25 -1/26. There are informative seminars on Friday morning and a banquet (with a live auction) on Friday night. If you cannot make it on Friday it would be a great day trip from Austin on Saturday.

I hope the show has a real nice turnout. This show usually offers very good buying opportunities for the collector.

I was scheduled to do a seminar on "Resale of Custom Knives" with Dan O'Malley of Blade Gallery however I ended up not being able to make it to the show.
I just mention it as a couple of folks have inquired as to why I dropped off the seminar schedule.
