ABS members - need help

On 9/6 I ordered an item from ABS, received a conformation. Did not receive the item on 9/18 so sent an email , no response. Sent another email 9/24 no response . As of today ,9/29, received no item and no response .???

I'm not sure what email address you are sending your inquiries to, but you might want to email Jan directly. She has always been great at getting back to me. You don't want to get her mad though. She beat all the guys in a cutting contest recently.
