I have been working alot lately so I apologize for not being on here that much. My schedule is finally back to normal so I will be hitting the shop again in the morning and knock out some knives this week!
 
KFU, don't look a gift horse in the mouth, grab all the overtime you can buddy . . . . that is of course unless you are on salary like me . . . . . :eek:

A friend of mine was an Operations Manager at one of your stores in Cincinnati, his average work week, and this is no joke, was around 70 to 75 hours for 6 days. He told me one time he had a D/M coming for a visit and he put in 38 hours on a Saturday and Sunday getting his department ready. He slept in his car at the store so his 60 minute one way commute would not take the time away from him.
He just got his own store down in the Virginia area, so I can't wait to see what he will be working now.
Way way way too much work . . . . . .

I hear ya! I was an operations manager for the past couple of years until they changed our management structure the last couple of months. My DM seems to like to visit when the store manager is off so I get to take the all day walk! Hopefully soon I will be able to step down and go to 40 hour work weeks. My once lofty goal to become a store manager has died!

Yeah...the grass with the little red hairs & no seeds; smells kinda skunky....that's the best grass.

I didn't go far, just takin' care of some personal matters. Ya'll won't get rid of me that easy.
