Acceptable amount of time?

Hey guys, I have been trying to get a hold of someone from Blade Forum about my paid subscription. I have been trying to make contact for almost a week. I have "Emailed" three request with no response. I am going to have a hard time sending a fourt email. I don't want to be a pest. I love Blade Forum.
What is you opion on an acceptable amount of time to expect a reply from someone at Blade Forum.

if you paid by paypal then spark has to do it him self. if you pay by credit card it does it's self.

Spark is very busy at times - but he does get it done.
Just give it time and he will get to it.
I think lately he was moving?

It will get done though....

I re-upped with paypal and ended up seeing ads. When I finally got back it was like being reborn!!!
