Access Denied ??

[h=1]Hello,
I'm unable to login to Paypal on my desktop computer. I receive the below message. I've searched for answers and haven't found any. I notice that this is not an uncommon issue. I am able to login to Paypal from my Tablet.
I have been unable to contact Paypal.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for your reply Rev! Yes, I've contacted PP and their response is below. You're right, my browser needs to be updated.

Thank you for contacting PayPal Merchant Technical Support.

Due to the recent POODLE security exploit, PayPal has disable to SSLv3 support on PayPal's live site. PayPal will deny the access if you're accessing it with browser that is vulnerable to the attack.

PayPal recommend all users to update their browser to the latest version.
 
Cool, glad it was resolved. Would have been nice if Paypal let people know there was a potential problem to begin with.
