Access denied !!!!

[nowhere fast]

What's going on now ??? I have been trying since last night to get on the "Service and support" forum and every time I try it says:
"You do not have permission to access this page", I posted a question there just a few hours before and now this. I re-logged in and still nothing.
Will someone please help !!!

I've never been in there before, but it wouldn't let me in just now. Probably just working on something related, or possibly a bug. I'll bet Spark'll have it back up in no time or post why it's out of commission.
