Hello all,

I just got my first N.I.B. large 2010 Annual in Spalted Maple. It is simply awesome!

I have some questions, and after reading through the stickies and not finding the answers, I thought I'd ask those who have been collecting CRKs for a while.

1. Will the large clip inserts fit a large Annual? Everything I read specifies fit for a large Sebbie 21...no word on Annuals.
2. Mr. Reeve states that the knives are sharpened at 19-20 degrees. I assume this means 38 - 40 inclusive? Doesn't look like it, but I'm new to sharpening with a rig.
3. Will a new "pre-tied" lanyard for a large 21 fit a large Annual? Again, I haven't been able to find a clear answer.

I appreciate any input folks!
 
1. Yes they will, there is a slight color difference between the annual and the 21's
2. Yes, use a sharpie to get closer to the factory edge if that's what you're after
3.Yes the lanyard for a 21 will fit on a annual
Congratulations on the Annual, I've got the large and small in Camphor inlay in the same year as yours.
 
1. Yes the lg. clip insert will fit a lg. annual. They are both lg. Sebenza.

2. Yes 38 - 40 inclusive would be right

3. And yes again the lanyard for a 21 will fit a lg. annual.

You bought my knife!!! That was one of my favorites that he has/had. Great choice and great taste! I might buy one of the smalls as I prefer those atm. Congrats on the new knife. I imagine it looks a lot better in person. I just got my first CRK today and it looks so much better in person than a pic. Most pics just do not do these knives justice.

I also need to find a Mnandi that calls out to me as well. Great set of knives you pictured
