Have you thought about buying an extra pouch for your ParaTool, and sewing it to the Seal 2000 sheath with some extra heavy-duty thread?

Some creative person could certainly figure something out with a nylon multitool pouch and a Kydex fixed blade sheath to mate the two in "matrimony."
I've also seen the tactical guys use duct tape. For example, my friend Drake tapes his X-42 Recondo sheath onto his gear. Using this method, why not just tape your multitool pouch onto your fixed blade Kydex sheath?
Seriously, I'm sure it would work well. [Anyone want to meet Drake in a dark alley? He's not wearing his bulletproof vest under that shirt in these pictures. More pictures of Drake here.]
