Accidentally checking neg feedback box

I recently replied to a forum member ,to what I thought was pos. feedback, but accidentally checked the wrong box as neg feedback.
The comment reflects possitive feedback. I have inqired about this issue several times,but noticed it has not been changed as of yet.
Any help or advice as to fixing this will be greatlly appreciated.Thank you Eliot

I belive spark is the only one that can change feed back. you might want to email him about it.

I have seen post just like this in the past and I Believe the mod said just that.

On the feedback page where the error occurred you must report it for Spark to even see it. The same way you would report a thread, click on the triangle on the section, and fill in the form.

I have clicked on the triangle on 3 separate occasions and filled out the form , but nothing has been done.

Have you emailed Spark? Send him links and any information to make things easy to find the error.
