Report it on the page where you left it. There is a triangle icon, click it in the itrader page.
Explain why it was a mistake, then sit back and be patient. It takes a while sometimes to correct these issues.
Sparkles is the only one that can change feedback, we can't do anything about it.
 
CJF, stay on top of this. Report it and follow up with Spark until it's corrected, it's the right thing to do.
