Account Not Upgrading

I paid on Nov. 29th and still haven't had my account activated. I've emailed Spark twice but no reply yet. $30 for the Gold Membership was deducted from my bank account on 11/29/2014 through authorize.net.

It's probably just a simple matter of going and updating your user group. This has to be done manually and doesn't automatically take place when you purchase a Gold Membership etc. You need to update it by going to Settings>Paid Subscriptions and selecting your paid membership.

Looks like the payment hasn't gone through yet. It has to be manually processed by the site owner so this may take a few days.

Do you mean it hasn't gone through on your end yet? Because the $30 was taken out of my bank on 11/29. Thanks

@JSM I don't have any user groups available yet.
