Hi!!

I paid to upgrade to platinum from gold as I was running very low on messages but now I have two active memberships and only 50% of message availability?? Maybe this was not the way to get additional massages?

Please can you help me?

You can download your messages to save them off-line or delete them by clicking on the conversation and then click leave conversation.

Believe platinum has twice the messages/conversations as gold, so if you were almost 100% full on gold, makes sense that you'd be at 50% full on platinum without doing any cleanup.

It keeps flashing between 50% and 7% and this was when I had already cleaned up my messages before I subscribed to Platinum..... anyone know who is the Administrator so I gat a refund on my Platinum Account Please? #rycen ?

The 50% might be for messages, and the 7% for conversations...I'm currently at 61% for messages and 16% for conversations.
