Aching for my old Triple Action

Does anyone still have a Triple action that they rock? It was the first knife I ever bought for myself, and I miss it sorely! Lost it somewhere deep in the woods on the Spokane River when I was working there five or six years back.

I had the Tanto version, and used to flip it back and forth under my desk in the back corner of my high school homeroom, definitely not the kind of thing you can get away with anymore!

I really wish ColdSteel would bring it back, I've had an EBAY alert set for one for three years now and haven't seen ONE!
 
Weird, I have seen them 2-3 times on Fleabay in the last few years. I don't remember the price, only it was always exorbitant I thought. A design you don't forget.

Searching the sold listings shows 4 already this year...3 double-edge and 1 tanto...and 7 from Dec last year. Maybe your search wording is too specific?
 
I have a double edge Triple Action. Probably not the most practical knife in the world but very cool.
 
I was on board a few years back when they almost revived it. Then a few months before the drop date they canceled it.

It's a self destructing knife unfortunately. The aluminum will get chewed up with multiple opening and closings. Fred perrin sells one with steel handles that probably last longer. Of course it's probably more destructive to the edge. I have a double edge model but I don't carry it. I'd buy one if they came back at a reasonable price.

I would just check eBay every morning and night by just punching it in through their search engine manually every time, because they have been out there and selling, brother. Not many, but there has been some that have sold as of recently I see
 
I had a serrated tanto version, I wound up selling it, I regret not keeping it. that thing was a chain saw much like the serrated kobun that just came out, which I recently bought.
