Acid washing.

Tried it for the first time today. Used PCB etching solution from Radio Shack, diluted 1:1 with water, in a 9x13" glass casserole pan.

My first couple of attempts were on some scrap steel I had laying around, just to test it. Seemed to work well, so I moved on to my Liontribe Bullgod XT. I'm pretty happy with the results.

Thanks, the blade may actually be deferentially tempered, I can't remember. That's how it came out after two 20 minute soaks, with dish soap and 0000 steel wool after each.
