Anyone know what the blade thickness on this will be? Some of the sites are showing it as 0.11", which seems awfully thin for a multi-purpose, i.e. non-filet knife, fixed blade with a blade length of over 6" and a swedge for most of that length. Even the bird and trout-based Southfork is thicker, and all the comparable fixed blades in the Spyderco line like the Temperance, Street Beat, Street Bowie, Bradley Bowie, etc. are 0.16". Or am I just paranoid about that? Am I misunderstanding the intended purpose of the knife?

I really want to love this knife.

No one knows? :(

Someone does. ;)
But I did read the same .118 spec on a forum where Stuart is a member so I'm thinking that's accurate.
20CV is going to be an awesome slicer at that thickness!
Need a prybar? Buy a Becker...or the equivalent. There are plenty out there.

Yeah, but I'm an addict and want Spyderco to manufacture everyone else's knives for me. :)

With a FFG it would look like a wicked slicer. As it is it looks like a wicked sticker. I don't do a whole lot of stabbing things myself. It is a beautiful blade though and appears as though it will be priced great and offer a great value. I llook forward to some real worls reviews of this thing.
