A nice, slim knife of good steel, and Gabon Ebony, made at Le Couteaux de Juliette!! Interesting name!! I must find out more!!

It's amazing to think how a single bar can change things (F instead of E) or am I just getting older ?

Here's the Borscht I was making while the knife was being delivered!!! 6 liters, flavored with cubed tri-tip steak, and kale!!

With sour cream it was mighty good!!

Yes, there's a lot in fact and among them quite a few women. They also are no more only in traditional knife areas but also in other places, Juliette tanguy is located near Bordeaux, a country more famous for theyr wines !
