Dows anyone have any suggestions on how to go about loosening tha action on a Mini Dyad. I have had the knife for about a week now and I have been trying to work out the action as much as possible (as well as trying to get the hang of opening the little knife one-handed), but if anything it seems to be a little stiffer than shen I got it. I received a Native at the same time and the action on it is much smoother; the Dyad by cmparison is quite sticky. Since the Mini Dyad is such a small knife, it is a little hard to open one handed. If the blade action is somewhat sticky it makes the knife considerably more difficult to open. These are my first two Spyderco knives and I want to make sure I don't screw the knives up. Any and all help is appreciated.

PR - The mini Dyad (Dyad Jr) has very small holes for opening with one hand. It can be done, but requires some practice and smooth action. The new Dyad Jr. lite weight has larger holes (10mm).

If the action is getting stiffer, my first guess would be that there is something sticky stuck in the mechanism and it needs to be cleaned. Hot soap and water, dry and oil. Let us know results?
