Activating gifted gold

A few days ago I was gifted an Gold member ship by Psyop Transaction # 80832

I go to settings and then on the left It says to select Permission group. Sorry I don't see permission groups as an option

It will show up once its activated, also if you can't PM it hasnt gone threw. It took mine 72hrs. (Thanks whetstone).
