Activation of Gold Membership

Dear Sir, I purchased a Gold membership on 10/30/2012 and paid for the membership using my paypal account. The fundings were withdrawn from my account 10/30/2012. When will my Gold membership be activated and do I need to do anything to have access to the Gold account? I want to list a knife for sale.

Please check my account, my paypal shows a payment on 10/30/12. Maybe I am doing something wrong? I can not update to Gold membership group. Help
