Ad10 pocket clip question

Hi everyone, I’m thinking of purchasing the ad10 folder, but before I do that I wanted to know if the clip is removable or not. What I mean is that if you remove the clip, then those two screws holding the clip will not be able to fit in the same hole? Because they are slightly longer than the ones on the other side right? Do I need to cut the screws to make them short,or do they still fit in the same hole? I’m asking this because I like folders without clip. Does anybody know? Thanks.
 
I know it's too late probably, but still ....
They are slightly longer but not too much sticking out ( less then a thickness of a clip).
