Here is a new model that is a little more on the tactical side. (or is it? What do you think?) This one is made for Ray. The steel is from Sam Folger and it is good stuff. It is about 9" long. Dovetailed Stainless bolsters, ti spacer and stabilized redwood burl scales.
The handle has a real nice 3D look to it that doesnt show up well in the picture.

The sheath has a Barimundi Fish leather overlay on it that looks better in person.

Adam, I was talking with Chuck yesterday saying he was pretty sure there was another knife waiting at his home and I believe it was from you. The knife is a real beauty! I've been by the auction table several times and there's always been someone and sometimes more than one person making bids at the sametime. I'll try to get a picture of table today while all the items are still on it.

I've got to admit after the fire I was feeling pretty hopeless and devistated. The out pouring of love from the knife making community has been totally amazing!

Nice knife, would like to see that sheath covering closer. Different, to say the least.

I don't know if you'd call that tacticle or not, but I'd definatly call it a beuty!

 I dont know how you make those knife so damn clean Michael!! Grrrrrrrrrr

Sam made the damascus and it is some of the finest I have ever used. Grinds like butter and it hardened up very nice. If any of you knife makers are looking for good damascus, Get some from Mr. Fogler. You wont be disapointed. I will definatly be using his steel again.
