He has turned into a true hunter. He can sit and wait out the most stubborn tree rat or stalk them like a Cherokee. His shooting is getting really good. Then he skins them out like without asking for any help. I'm very proud of him and his passion.

His tools of choice:

Nice! I was in Florida during my pellet rifle hunting days, so I did more rabbit hunting than squirrel hunting there. I hunted in the palmetto fields near the airport. But yeah, the Kephart is a fine choice for small game in my opinion. I prefer small game to large game here in the south, especially in a warm autumn. The processing is over with much faster. But now I am craving a pot of squirrel stew or rabbit hash. May have to break out my old squirrel rifle this Friday.

Way to go Adam, you're growing up in a hurry bud. Bob, you forgot to mention how good he can drive. I bet he's 4" taller by next TR.

much better than Scout:foot:

You guys are taking some cheap shots at someone that doesn't frequent this particular forum....It's no fun if he's not here to see them.

That being said, Adam is a fine young man and I'm all for Tree Rat Massacrees (favorite pastime). As far as being sneaky as a Cherokee, is that a Phillip-in-the-dry-leaves by the campfire Cherokee? Or, has he improved his stealth skills considerably?

Do look forward to seeing everyone at the next TR for sure. Always good to see these young men grow up brave, strong and healthy.
