Add a 'schedule' to insurance policy for a knife collection ?

I'm curious as to whether any fellow blade forumulites have thought about, or added a 'schedule' for your knife collection with your insurance company.
-And if so, where would one get an appraisal
to submit for 'The Precious's'
Since it's not like taking your jewelry &/or a nice watch to a jeweler to be appraised
...Afterall, who would understand the obsession,

I used to have a rider I think what it’s called, in my homeowners insurance for jewelry because the bunch didn’t cover knives and guns. I have one very nice watch and a couple G Shocks and Timex Ironman’s. Don’t care about the gold watch cause it’s from an ex wife but my plan was to use that additional policy to replace the knives and guns and just not tell them no better. I don’t have any coverage on them anymore since I gave that house away in the divorce.
