Add one-hand opening mechanism to Schrade OT

I have a 20+ year old Schrade+ Old Timer folding lock-back. I want to add the ability to open it one-handed. Recommendations?

Hi,
If you do a search for the Bandit, You'll find your knife opener. About 8.00 bucks. Smokey mountian knife works used to sell them but I checked and they told me they where no longer carring the item.
