Addendum l: After todays injections. Friday June 17th Well I totally wish I had better news, but - Dagnabit They just didnt seem to work!!!
And this is where the Full Body Bone Scan I had at St Johns becomes so important for some reason or another!!!
Dr Anthony was tickled pink when I told him that I had definitely had one either just the day I was discharged or the day before!!! So well now see where things go from here...
Addendum ll: Saturday June 18th. After I woke up this morning with about the same amount of pain I went to sleep with I wasnt expecting a very good day...
But by around noon after using an ice pack for 20 minutes and then one of Barbies rubdowns on my right shoulder and low back my pain level dropped down in the 3 to 4 range, which is bearable for me although I really prefer pain in the 2 level, that is if I have to have it at all!

As the day continued on the pain level finally settled down at the 2 level, that is as long as I wasnt using it, so Ive kept my right shoulder, arm, hand, and fingers as still as possible except for brief times to type something such as this. Im hopeful tomorrow will be even better!!!
Dr Anthony has told me quite often that sometimes the injections worked just like this although its the first time theyve done me this way as I usually get nearly instantaneous relief!!!

End Addendums:
Even now with all the typing Ive done in the last hour, hour and a half or so, my pain level is hovering between a 2 and a 3 and Im hoping that tomorrow brings an even better day...
Even if it means cutting back on my shoulders use as well as using the ice pack as well as using it more often.
The rule with ice, or heat, is 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off although I like to give whatever is hurting a 20 minute rest before starting all over again no matter which Im using, ice, or heat.

And I will keep yall posted as to what is happening, going to happen, the very best I can even though some of it may be after the fact...
