I have always wanted a benchmade but never wanted to part with the coin well 2 weeks ago I said to hell with it and got a mini grip and couldn’t be happier and now my wife will kill me if she finds out how much money I’m spending because I’ve now bought a Freek, full size grip, and a mini crooked river and I really want more but trying my best to hold off. Anyone else have similar experience lol
I have pics of the first 3 and the full size grip is still in the mail

When my wife asks about a new knife I'm carrying I always say "honey I've had this forever"
usually works.;)

Yeah I do the same on others but before these blades the most expensive knife I’ve had was a Kershaw blur I told her it was 20 bucks lol

I'm fortunate enough to have a couple knife shops close to the house so there aren't many new packages in the mail she can intercept. Usually I'll sneak my new knives into the house and go down and hide in the man cave.

I’m trying to figure out my next knife but my son was born 2 weeks ago so whatever I get will have his name and birthday on the blade to give to him on his 18th birthday

I bought 8 in a span of about a month and a half. I seriously love my Benchmades. I'm almost never without my Super Freek!

I bought my first Benchmade in 1998. It was my first high-dollar knife, and was a BM 710, satin ATS-34 blade. It is now 22 years later.... I WISH I could have kept my Benchmade buying to only 1 a year. I have Benchmades squirreled away literally everywhere, with 3 within arms reach while I type this. Blades are a terrible addiction. Long live the addiction.

The Mini Grip is a gateway... I didn't dive in right away like you did because I adored my Mini Grip and only stopped carrying it when I bought the Ritter Mini Grip. At some point you'll eventually get sucked in though and buy more and more. Fortunately my GF encourages buying whatever I want mostly so I shut the hell up and stop showing her YouTube videos about knives that she doesn't give a crap about.

Yep me too...just ordered the g10 hidden canyon to go with the ironwood one I just got earlier today. I really like it and want a back up seeing as how they are discontinuing the model. I wonder why...

My full size grip I bought off eBay came in and I love it and I sent it to benchmade for the lifesharp to breath new life into it I’m crossing my fingers hoping it’s what it was cracked up to be and last night I saw a deal on a mini boost which for 80 bucks I couldn’t pass up. So I went from having none to 5 in 2 weeks. Yeah I have to burry my debit card or something. Lord help me lol

My wife quit asking. As long as the bills are paid and there’s food in the fridge she lets me enjoy my hobbies. A drawer full of knives is money in the bank and she knows it.

That’s the truth. I’ve paid for vacations, furniture, remodel work and all kinds of other stuff with knife money over the years.
