Adding a clip plate to back of SRK Secure-Ex sheath ?

I want a clip plate to attach to the back of my SRK's factory 'secure-ex' sheath. It needs an offset like this one - but don't know what model this is. It could be the ESEE6 Clip plate - does anybody know if this will fit (or be made to fit) the SRK sheath? Or if there is an alternative just like this that will fit?

It would take some minor modding but it would work. The holes are close to lining up on one side but it's too wide. Here is the Esee plate held up to one of my SRK sheaths:

You might only really need two bolts...not all 4. So if the 2 holes on one side line up it might work with the rubber washers to allow for a secure fit.

What I might do...is center it (I'm coocoo about symmetry) and trim the width down. Then incorporate the slots on the sides of the SRK sheath somehow and drilling new holes into the clip.
