Adding PALS webbing to gear?

Anyone know if there is a company or guy or girl or whoever that will take your gear and add additional PALS webbing... I mean with the right tools it shouldn't be hard it's just 1" webbing sewn on in 1" slots. Also is there such a place that can maybe add or take away pockets and pouches to existing gear? Thanks.

Tactical Tailor might do the service. USgruntgear should too.

I would check with a local taylor.
dry cleaners usually have a tailor on duty.
maybe a shoe/purse repair place will do it too.
take the bag and materials in and show them what you want.
cant be that bad I wouldnt think.
