Adding photos need website?

Is there a way to upload photos without having a website where they are located? I want to be able to upload directly from my tablet but don't see an option for that.

You can do as you say, but to do it you need to purchase a membership and possibly resize the photos to be within the size limit each time. It's much easier just to use a separate photo host.
