adding signature, avatar

I'm brand new to the forums and I can't find where to add my avatar and signature. Thank you for the assistance.

I do not believe registered members have access to customizable signatures or avatars, I believe that starts with a basic membership ($10/year). It would be on the sidebar under the 'settings' page if you had access.

Thank you Matthew- I'd begun to assume it was part of a paid subscription. I just started with BF and I'll poke around- I'm likely to enjoy it and become a paid member.

Either way, nobody is missing anything not seeing my avatar or witty signature!
