Address for Gerber warranty

Does anyone know off the top of their head the address for Gerber? I need to send in my wife's EZ out JR for repair.

Steven, Thank you for the link. I tried the Gerber site originally and it didnt load right for me. So rather than fight it , I thought I'd ask.
