Adjusting Wobble and Blade Alignment

I recently got a 3 blade Bulldog Sowbelly with pinched bolsters and Persian clip style blades. The last blade ( the smallest on the end) has a little bit of play. But even more annoying is the fact that it rubs against the spay blade. I was able to correct some of the play by gently squeezing the bolster with a large pair of vice grips ( I wrapped the bolster in cloth to protect it). I got most of the play out but now the blade rubs worse because it shifted closer to the spay blade.

Can anyone recommend a way to adjust the blade's alignment?

Also when I squeezed the bolster the pin became exposed, do I use fine sand paper to grind it down or is there a better way?
