ADMIRAL STEEL'S FLYER

I saw the L6 on their web site. Ugh, all the hours of sanding rust and pitting off old saw blades!!!
I was looking for some 3/4" wide 1/8" ats-34 but they didn't show it on the site so I emailed Terry Sommers, and he got right back to me and said they did have it. I was going to buy a 6 foot stick of it from McMaster Carr for $75.09, but thankfully Terry got back to me in time. They're selling it for $26 and some change. Admiral better keep Terry Sommers!!!

You know Admiral has gotten a bad rap on here lately and I have to say that Terry has always done me right.

He's got great customer service skills and I haven't had any problems with the steel myself.

Only problem I've had with Admiral is their 440c. It still makes good knives, you just can't polish them up because of the carbon crystals. I agree though, Terry is a first rate gentleman to deal with!
