When trying to use the advanced search feature, Search single content, posts, the selection options for forum and how old seem to be layered on top of each other.

Mine are overlapping as well (using Firefox). The "Forum" dropdown almost completely covers the "Prefix" one. Never use it, so I don't pay it much attention, but you're not alone on it being wonky.

I never use it either. The only time I wanted to I found it difficult for this very reason.

I have had the same problem for a long time and just thought it was my computer. The attached JPG shows what I believe others are seeing (sorry for the size / quality, was not to sure how to get image on here).
