Adventure racing.

Not sure if this is the right place for this but it could certainly involve survival. Any one else out there into adventure racing? I used to be real big into triathlons but found that the adventure racing community is much friendlier and you get to navigate and be in the woods. For those of you who have never tried it is a blast.

tried it, kinda half-@ssed, once. Really like the custom gear some of them would buy.

Yeah like everything else I have seen some people with crazy contraption.

I never have but would like to, I am too cheap to get some of the gear or travel to a race. Not that I think the gear is needed to compete but it would help to do well.
