This is my first Kydex sheath (Actually it is my second one, first one hit the trash bin)that has come out the way I planned.
I figured if I use the Working knife I just made it couldn't go too wrong:D
Sorry for the crummy pic. The lines are actually pretty well defined. It is a Sharp blade with a thinish edge.
Knife it 1/8" ATS34 Natural Micarta scales with a pry/screwdriver end.

I was going to use it for work but I may let it go...

Shucks Robert, I've made dozens and yours looks better than any of mine. Made two today and they are real ugly (one was for my cell phone) but they keep me from cutting myself.

That sheath looks great! When I was doing Kydex a few years back I started experimenting with using the orange PVC cement rather than rivets. Worked great as long as you roughed up the two pieces to be joined with some coarse sandpaper.

Funny you should mention that. I used it between the belt loop halves and between the outside of the belt loop and the back of the sheath for reinforcement. If you will notice there is only one side Riveted and Chicago screws.
Although left that way it is still a strong design. That leaves it loose on the other side of the sheath. Something I am NOT comfortable with...

With the glue added that begger is never coming apart:D

The rest of my sheaths I plan on Making the same only the sheath halves will be Chicago screwed so the inside of the Sheath can be cleaned out. The rest will essentially be one unit.
