Advertising on BF?

I seem to recall seeing banner ads on BF, but I don't see them now. Is BF not selling ad space anymore?

IIRC, it was Google ads in 2006 and they last for about 1 week.

News to me. We had google ads for a bit, until they said "no ads for sites discussing WEAPONS!!!!" (ZOMG). Never saw a dime out of them.

I am curious about this as well. I have a website where I sell DVD players, Nikes, and Viagra. Having all these great things in one place is nice, but does no good, if my customer demographic does not know about it. I believe my buying of banner space on this knife related discussion site would benefit us both. Please give me info on where I can apply. Nudity in the banner is permitted, correct?
