Advice About Ka-Bar "Special Edition" Folders Not in Catalogue?

A local sporting goods store (Big 5) has what they call "special edition" Ka-Bar folders, one with a "warthog" blade, the other a tanto, both w/ G-10. That's all I know about them. These knives are not listed on the Ka-Bar website.

Anybody have any further info such as steel type or any opinion about these knives, particularly the tanto?

Hi - sorry this is late. I bought the Warthog blade. It's great - cuts beatifully and has not needed sharpening yet. Have not seen any info on these folders. Build quality is good as are ergonomics. Bought it as a match for my fixed blade Warthog.
